Fee Structure (including VAT)

 Initial Meeting – Free of charge. 

£100 per agent to organise and attend up to three estate agent visits, assist with selection and provide commentary on their pricing and fees. 

£100 per hour for any other work undertaken.

When choosing an estate agent you/we will negotiate and agree a sale fee in the event of a successful sale. This will include an agreed introductory fee payable by the estate agent out of their commission to Pender-Cudlip Property. ( ie you will not be paying extra commission - the agent shares a small part of their commission with Pender-Cudlip Property. This arrangement has already been agreed with Estate Agents)
